AGEING: 11 months, 50% in 3,700 litre French oak foudres and 50% concrete

    “Nature must define Wine just as Wine must express Nature and its taste.” From the hills of the Sierra de San Vicente in Gredos to the meadows of the town of Méntrida. They work old Garnacha vines on granite soils in the Méntrida Denomination of Origin.
