SOILS: Clay and limestone soils
FERMENTATION: Ferments for 18 days with indigenous yeasts, in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then bottled to finish fermentation in the bottle.
AGEING: Minimum 24 months in the bottle.
Very rustic. Wine that show us on the nose aromas of Mediterranean herbs, fennel, aniseed with structure, maintains low pH, medium acidity and a touch of bitterness.
It was in 2014 that Pepe Raventós began his most pure and personal project focused only on making natural wines in the garage of his home: Mas del Serral. Wine is without suplhites or additives as a way of working and understanding life. The main objective is to make authentic and balanced wines that fairly express the intrinsic nature of the terroir.
