ORIGIN: Italy, Piemonte

APPELLATION: MGA Bricco Boschis, parcel of “Vigna San Giuseppe”

VARIETY/BLEND: 100% NEBBIOLO FOR BAROLO

FERMENTATION: Fermented with indigenous yeasts, macerated with submerged cap for 20-35 days.

AGEING: Traditional in Slavonian Oak Casks for 4-5 years.

 

  • WINE DESCRIPTION

    Wines of great structure with elegance and complexity. The initial perfumes are fruity and followed by floral aspects, then spices, all open and intense. Generally excellent cellaring potential.

  • ABOUT PRODUCER

    In the winery, both young and aged wines cross paths, with each different vintage expressing its character in accordance with the various processes that the Cavallotto family has conceived and perfected through experience and careful planning, and which best displays the unique microclimate of the Bricco Boschis.
