Can Sumoi is the result of the passion of the 21st generation of the Raventós family. In 2016 Pepe Raventós found the Can Sumoi farm, a land completely abandoned for more than 20 years with old vineyards. Located in the Baix Penedès, 600 meters above sea level. Can Sumoi wines are organic, natural wines and containless than 30mg/L of sulfites. Organic due to organic viticulture in vineyards, with a manual harvest, all pressed in the cellar and only with natural yeasts. Natural due to production without any type of oenological additive added during winemaking (no enzymes, no sugars, no gelatins, no tannins or copper). We only add a minimal amount of sulfites when bottling when necessary.
